Former FBI director elected to Wilmington Trust board

    Louis Freeh is joining the board of directors at Wilmington Trust.

    Louis Freeh continues his career among top Delaware financial institutions in his new position as board member at Wilmington Trust.  After serving as FBI director under President Clinton, Freeh went to work as general counsel and ethics officer for MBNA in Wilmington.  He also served as the bank’s principal lawyer as it was taken over by Bank of America.  Freeh is also founder and senior managing partner of the Freeh Group International, a global risk management consulting firm based in Wilmington.
