Forget the post-Labor Day drop in gas prices

Post-Labor Day drop in gas prices?  Not this year.
An active hurricane season this year means higher gas prices for the second straight week following the Labor Day holiday. The national average for gas is at $3.66, while the average price in the First State stands at $3.60. The U.S. Energy Information Administration is now predicting a drop in average prices to around $3.47 per gallon by the fourth quarter of the year.
