Folsom man and daughter shot by elderly neighbor after ongoing dispute
A Ridley Township man and his daughter were shot this morning by an elderly neighbor, reportedly over the construction on the victims’ shed.
The Delaware County Times reports the man has died after being shot several times and his daughter remains hospitalized. The suspect has also been hospitalized for an injury sustained while he was being taken into custody.
Reports indicate the 72-year-old suspect was angry about the construction noise of a shed, and police say they’d been called to settle disputes among the neighbors before.
