Following vandalism, Daniel Boone Area High School bans backpacks, postpones events
Schoolbag searches continued this morning at Daniel Boone Area High School, but will end Tuesday.
That’s because as of then, students won’t be allowed to carry back packs. The announcement was posted to the district’s website after initial searches failed to reveal the students who wrote racial slurs on a bathroom wall.
The school has also postponed two upcoming events and won’t announce new dates until the perpetrators have been found.
