Firstrust awards $50,000 in scholarships to area high school seniors
Twenty-one Delaware Valley high school seniors will be honored tonight for essays that won them each a portion of $50,000 in college scholarships. Firstrust Bank’s 42nd annual Samuel A. Green Scholarship program ceremony will be held at the Franklin Institute.
The students, from public, parochial, charter and private high schools, were chosen based on their answers to an essay question about how they’ll use their education to help make their communities prosperous.
