Firefighters want Nutter to sign arbitration award, GSk plays role in Olympic athlete testing

    Tom MacDonald will be outside Philadelphia City Hall this afternoon as the international firefighters union gathers to demand Mayor Michael Nutter sign the arbitration award for local firefighters.

    Before that, Lizz Fiedler is heading to Olney to chase two stories, including one about how violence has impacted the neighborhood’s Cambodian community.
