Final vote due on New Jersey’s sexting bill

A final vote is expected today from the New Jersey Senate on the state’s sexting bill.

Already approved by the Assembly and a Senate committee, the bill would help teenagers avoid prosecution if caught sharing explicit photos through cell phones, emails or Internet posts.

First-time offenders would have the chance to complete an education program.
