Final contract on the table as Community College of Philadelphia strike deadline approaches

As Community College of Philadelphia instructors prepare to strike, the college says the offer currently on the table is final.

CBS3 reports that deal includes a pay raise in four out of five years, “modest” increases in health care co-pays and the creation of a medical deductible.

Contract negotiations began more than a year ago and have continued through the government funding reductions. Faculty members have threatened to strike at the end of Spring Break on March 12.
