Filmmaker talks new PBS flick ‘VA: the Human Cost of War’ screening at NCC

    NewsWorks Tonight’s Dave Heller sat down with the film’s executive producer, Lois Pope, who discussed how she became invested in helping disabled veterans after seeing the graphic toll of war.

    Attendees at the National Constitution Center this evening will view a screening of the film, “VA: the Human Cost of War” followed by a panel discussion focusing on the men and women who put their lives on the line so that we may enjoy our freedom and what they are deserving of upon their return.
