More details coming out of a federal suit examining the Philadelphia Housing Authority claim an aide to former PHA head Carl Greene misappropriated funds from Tenant Support Services, Inc.

Current PHA head Michael Kelly has ordered an audit of the books of Tenant Support Services and other nonprofits.
