FBI seeks Bustleton bank robber

The Philadelphia Police and the FBI are searching for the man who robbed the First Niagara Bank at 9869 Bustleton Ave. in Bustleton Jan. 10.

Just before 11 a.m. that morning, a man entered the bank armed with a handgun and gave the teller a note demanding cash.

He fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of money, and now authorities are seeking tips on his whereabouts.

At the time of the robbery, the man was seen wearing a Phillies hat, beige coat and red shoulder bag, and was armed with a handgun. He’s described as a black man around 30 years of age and is about 5’9″ tall.
