PhillyCarShare is losing its local feel. The service is now part of Enterprise Holdings, which will mean some shifts in membership packages. Mara Zepeda will talk to some PCS users about the change, and the details behind the acquisition.

This afternoon, Republican mayoral candidate Karen Brown will host her weekly Tuesday Talks With Karen. Tom MacDonald will be there as she hosts the public discussion about education and flashmobs.

We’ll have coverage as the Free Library unveils its Shakespear park. Today’s event will include live actors in costume.

Peter Crimmins is preparing for a trip at sea. He’ll be there as an old warship is finally sunk into the Atlantic between Cape May and Rehoboth, where it will serve as an artificial reef.

As researches look for a genetic link to concussions, some Bucks County schools will begin using a baseline test to help them determine when their young athletes have head injuries. Taunya English will have more information from the district.

We’ve got those stories and more for you today, including an update on a King of Prussia woman’s Megabus suit, so stick close.
