Endo Pharmaceuticals asking stockholders to vote on name change

Endo Pharmaceutical Holdings Inc. of Chadds Ford, Pa., plans to change its name with the help of stockholders.

At its annual meeting in May, Endo will ask stockholders to vote on the name change to help rebrand the company.

According to the Philadelphia Business Journal, the change is meant to reflect the full scope of Endo’s full operating companies.
Endo now deals in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, medical services, electronic health records and other medical field services and products.

Another change is on the way for Endo — moving to Malvern.
