Join the community to celebrate Grace and the entire Kelly family.The Kelly’s will be honored with a historical state marker outside of the Kelly home on Henry Avenue near McMichael Park. The ceremony will begin at 1 p.m. at the park and is open to the public. Bagpipe music will be played and Councilman Curtis Jones Jr. will address the crowd, as well as John B. Kelly, III, who will speak on behalf of the Kelly family.
