Earthquake brought early happy hour to Philadelphia bars

    When Philly started shaking around 2 p.m. yesterday, Center City workers traded their desk chairs for barstools. Happy hour started a few hours early as excitable patrons poured into nearby waterholes to steady their nerves with alcohol, camaraderie and incessant phone-checking.
