Workers in New Jersey’s Motor Vehicle Commission Cherry Hill and West Deptford offices will be spared layoffs. Employees at both locations were given layoff notices last month.
The NJMVC has found that closing branches in Bridgeton, Elizabeth and Wyckoff has saved enough money to keep the Cherry Hill and West Deptford offices running, the Associated Press reports. Neither branch will face hour cutbacks.
