Drexel students turn dodgeball game into water balloon fight

It might be too hot for ice cream, but it’s just right for a water balloon fight.

A public event organized by two Drexel University students will draw city residents to the Daskalakis Athletic Center field this evening to hurl water balloons at one another.
But this thing was organized by Drexel kids, so it’s not just a free-for-all. The event will work like a dodgeball game. Anyone who gets hit with a balloon is out, even if the balloon doesn’t break.

Participants are asked to bring balloons of their own and help fill the ammo.
