Doug Plank, Philadelphia Soul coach, announces resignation
The Philadelphia Soul is looking for a new coach.
CBS reports Doug Plank, a five-year AFL coach, has resigned to turn his attention to his family.
“In the last few days, my job description has changed,” he said. “Coach Plank has now become Doug, Dad and Grandpa.”
Plank’s resignation will bring him a break from the long arena football seasons.
