Developers present scaled back plan for Chester County solar farm

Developers have scaled back plans for a solar farm in Chester County.

The Daily Local News reports the new scaled back plan was presented this week at a conditional use hearing.

The new plan includes 5,000 fewer panels and 7.2 megawatts of energy, less than what was originally planned, which was 10 megawatts of energy.

According to the Daily Local News, the solar farm is set to be placed on 46 acres of property south of Scott Drive and Dogwood Lane and north of Carver Court.
