    The job of Lieutenant Governor in Delaware is a part time job. It’s getting more attention than usual this election year because the Republican for the job was invited to speak at the Republican convention in Tampa. Sher Valenzuela wants to replace Matt Denn who along with Governor Jack Markell was elected in 2008.  First Look explores who these two are, and some past precedents in the post.
