Delco mayor killed in skydiving accident
Mayor of Rutledge Scott Shields died Friday afternoon in a skydiving accident at Freefall Adventures in Gloucester County, N.J.From a jump at 13,000 feet Shields’ primary and reserve parachutes failed to deploy.
