Delaware’s new education secretary sworn-in
Mark Murphy officially takes control of the Department of Education today following his swearing in ceremony in Dover.
Governor Jack Markell will swear in Murphy who was confirmed as Education Secretary by the State Senate on May 9. Murphy will continue the process of implementing the state’s education reforms under Race to the Top.
