Police say the charges stem from an incident involving a two year old girl that happened from late October to early December of this year.  Investigators seized several computers and medical files from his office on Coastal Highway in Lewes.

He’s being held on charges including second degree rape, unlawful sexual contact, and endangering the welfare of a child.  Police say parents with questions or concerns about the case should call detectives at State Police Troop 4 at (302) 856-5850, ext. 216.
