Delaware fireworks impress after storm

Over 50,000 people were waiting for Arthur to pass off the Delaware coast Friday so they could venture to the Rehoboth band stand.

What they found was music from The Fun and a spectacular fireworks display to celebrate the 4th of July.

The day didn’t start out all that promising, but turned sunny by afternoon.  The fireworks and music kicked off a month of weekend events. Next weekend the Rehoboth Art League presents their “Cottage Tour of Art.”
