Delaware doctor accused of abusing patient
An 84-year-old doctor in Newark is accused of unlawful sexual contact with a 35-year-old patient during a medical exam last month.
Pierre Leroy is facing five counts of unlawful sexual contact. The incident allegedly happened at Leroy’s office on East Main Street in Newark on April 12th. The victim reported the incident to police on April 16th. Leroy was arrested on May 4th following an investigation by Newark Police, the Attorney General’s Office and the Division of Professional Regulations.
He’s been released after posting $2,500 secured bond.
