Delaware cop killer diagnosed with seven mental disorders

    A forensic psychiatrist finds Derrick Powell has seven mental disorders. Powell was convicted last week in the September 2009 shooting death of Georgetown police officer Chad Spicer.

    As Mark Fowser reports for WHYY, Powell suffers from attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, bipolar-2 disorder, panic disorder, cognitive disorder, anti-social personality disorder, post-traumatic stress and cannabis disorder from the use of marijuana.
