Delaware beaches are rated

    Delaware makes the list for having the cleanest beaches in the nation.  But though the First State received national recognition, what does it mean and how did the beaches make the cut? Nichelle Polston talks to officials from the Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control for the answer.
