Food vendors will deep fry just about anything these days, so it’s surely not a huge surprise that Kool-Aid has come into the mix.
According to WCAU-TV, deep fried Kool-Aid is the new snack on the Jersey Shore.
A similar story also appeared on NJ.com late last month, comparing the treat to a fruity version of a zeppole. According to NJ.com, deep fried Kool-Aid debuted in June in San Diego before making its way to the boardwalks of New Jersey.
