    Welcome to our Decision Wilmington Debate with the 5 Democrats who want to be mayor of Wilmington.  WHYY’s Shirley Min and Mark Eichmann will be asking the questions of the candidates.  The candidates are State Rep. Dennis P. Williams, City Councilman Kevin Kelley, former Chief of Staff for Mayor Baker, Bill Montgomery, Scott Spencer a transportation consultant, and bail bondsman Robert Bovell.
