Decision on Lewis’ Senate run is delayed

We’ll have to wait a few more days for the final decision about Carl Lewis’ New Jersey Senate run. After a judge deemed Lewis fit to run despite a challenge to his residency status, the final word was expected yesterday from Secretary of State, Lt. Gov. Kim Guadagno.

KYW reports Guadagno is still waiting on some records before making up her mind. Lewis, an Olympic medalist, is seeking a seat in the state’s 8th District.
