Deadlines extended for Delawareans seeking tax-filing extensions

The Delaware Division of Revenue is extending the deadline for individual and business taxpayers who have previously received a filing extension for their 2011 returns.

The extension date is now October 31st for any individual, corporate or partnership filers in the First State.   Previous extension deadlines were extended due to Hurricane Irene and Tropical Storm Lee, but this latest action applies to anyone who sought an extension whether or not they are in the IRS-designated storm area.  Visit www.revenue.delaware.gov for more information.
