Dairy stores company buys Saxbys coffee chain

A local company has changed hands for less than $2 million, putting it in the hands of another area chain, Swiss Farms.

Swiss Farms, based in Broomall, Pa., will now run Saxbys coffee, the Inquirer reports. Saxbys has two dozen stores around Philadelphia, Dallas, Cincinnati, Atlanta and Las Vegas.

Joseph Grasso, Saxbys’ former owner, said he’ll retain his Bucks County Coffee Co. and Cofee Shops International brands.
