DA: Pa. high school swim coach had sex with teen

A suburban Philadelphia high school swim coach is behind bars charged with having sex with a member of his team.

Chester County prosecutors say Bayard Rustin High School coach Kenneth Fuller started the relationship with the girl last month. Investigators say Fuller once pulled the girl out of class to have sex with her by calling the school posing as her father and saying she had a doctor’s appointment.

West Chester Area School District officials say they’re cooperating with investigators.

Fuller is jailed on $250,000 bail on charges including interference with the custody of children and institutional sexual assault. Court records don’t list an attorney for him.

District Attorney Tom Hogan says Fuller coached other teams in the area. He’s asking any other victims to come forward.
