    Platform: “A New Sheriff for New Times”

    Navarro is running on the platform that the time has come for a changing of the guard in the Sheriff’s office. New blood is needed in order to reinvigorate the office. The campaign has attacked Walsh as a “career politician”

    Issues:

    – Increasing efficiency through cost savings
    – Adapting  procedures to better serve the public
    – Provide the public with more comprehensive information about the functions of the Sheriff’s office
    – Offer helpful information concerning the foreclosure process, as well as other civil processes involving the Sheriff’s office.
