Candidates for Philadelphia City Council at-large debate at WHYY

Monday night, seven Philadelphia City Council-at-large candidates met in a debate hosted by WHYY and Newsworks, the League of Women Voters of Philadelphia, the Committee of Seventy, Philadelphia Media Network, the Philadelphia Tribune, and Al Dia.Council-at-large candidates run citywide. Each party nominates five candidates, voters choose five, and the top seven vote-getters win seats, ensuring two minority representatives.
