Corbett in Punxsutawney Thursday for Groundhog Day

There will be two well-known Pennsylvania figures in Punxsutawney, Pa., tomorrow. Which one is more liked at the end of the day depends on how much state funding gets cut and whether there’s a shadow on the ground.

Gov. Tom Corbett will join the Groundhog Day festivities tomorrow morning as Punxsutawney Phil emerges to look for his shadow.

If he doesn’t see one, we’ve got an early spring coming. Is today’s weather a fluke, or are we due for a mild season?
