The 21st Ward Veterans Association held its annual 9/11 rememberance event at Gorgas Park on Wednesday night. Community members, public servants and clergy members came together to lay wreaths in honor of those lost on 9/11 and hold a candlight vigil.
After the service, The Hooligans, a Philadelphia-based Irish folk/rock band performed in the park.
