Commodore Barry Bridge closed for repairs

The Commodore Barry Bridge closed for a few hours yesterday after part of the surface buckled in the heat. Though it repoened for a time, the bridge is closed until 2 p.m. while PennDOT does some more permanent repair work.

For now, steel plates cover damaged concrete slabs.
