Coke becomes official soft drink of Ocean City, Md.

Replacing Pepsi with a five-year agreement, Coke is now the official soft drink of Ocean City, Md.

The city that shares a name with a New Jersey Shore point will exclusively serve Coca-Cola products at its properties and events, the Associated Press reports.

In return, the city will get $65,000, commission on product sales, media advertising, free products and marketing support. Coke takes over April 2.
