Clean Water Action endorses council-at-large candidates

Three Democratic city council-at-large candidates scored 100 percent on Clean Water Action’s environmental questionnaire.

Today, Clean Water Action endorsed them. Blondell Reynolds Brown, Wilson Goode and Sherrie Cohen came away with the high scores and the organization’s support.

Brady Russell, Eastern PA Director for Clean Water Action, cited concerns like the city’s cooperation with the water department, increased recycling efforts and fracking as things the organization looked for in support from candidates, saying, “Reynolds-Brown, Goode and Cohen were on the right side of all these issues.”
