Christie is fourth-highest paid U.S. governor

Though he’s not raking in the big bucks like Arlene Ackerman and Charles Ramsey, Chris Christie is doing pretty well for himself.

The New Jersey governor is the fourth-highest paid state head in the nation.

A report from Stateline shows Christie’s $175,000 annual salary comes in behind those of the guvs of New York, Illinois and Michigan, who all make less than $180,000 a year.
