Chester County mayors join gun control coalition

Four Chester County mayors have joined the Mayors Against Illegal Guns organization in response to the weekend shooting in Arizona.

Carolyn Comitta of West Chester, James McGlone of Malvern, Geoffrey Henry of Oxford and James Kennedy of South Coatesville have announced their support of the group’s push for better gun control.

Among other things, the Mayors Against Illegal Guns have created a 10-point code of conduct they encourage gun retailers to implement to help regulate sales.

The West Chester Daily Local has the full story on the Chester County mayors’ involvement.
