Cherry Hill residents marked the official start of the holiday season with the annual Holiday Lighting Ceremony in Carman Tilelli Community Center last Thursday.
Mayor Chuck Cahn warmly welcomed everybody after which he lit up the Township’s Hanukkah Menorah and Christmas tree announcing the holiday season in Cherry Hill officially open.
Youth choirs and musicians from local schools brought the traditional sounds of the season with their renditions of the classic carols.
The event was sponsored by Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey and Advantage Therapy Centers.
