    Four Loko will soon be caffeine-less, but there’s still some fun to be had. The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board won’t raise handiing fees in January as planned.

    As a means of giving Gov.-elect Tom Corbett a chance to pass business practice reforms, the PLBC will delay the handling fee until June 30. The Philadelphia Business Journal reports the PLBC will also hold off on implementing proposed increases from wine and spirits manufacturers.
