Casinos sell discounted inventory leftovers to employees

Loved ones of casino workers have some very nice holiday gifts coming their way.

With the end of the year approaching, Atlantic City casinos need to clear out their extra inventory. They do that by selling the stuff to their employees at discounted prices.
The Press of Atlantic City reports casinos have extra jewelry, wine, towels, glassware and TV that need homes, so they’ll be sold to employees — sometimes at less than cost.

If you were hoping your casino employee brother would give you the plastic surgery prize, you’re out of luck. It’s already been claimed (and probably wasn’t for sale, anyway).
