Casino revenue: Pennsylvania passes Atlantic City in monthly revenue

    For the first time, Pennsylvania’s 10 gaming halls generated more revenue than the 11 Atlantic City casino hotels, pushing Pennsylvania ahead of Atlantic City for monthly casino revenue.

    The Press of Atlantic City reports Pennsylvania’s 10 gaming halls generated $245.8 million in revenue from slot machines and table games in November, compared to Atlantic City’s 11 casino hotels generating $245.1 million According to the report, Atlantic City has always been the top revenue producer each month since casino gambling began in Pennsylvania in 2006.
