Capitol power outage means a day off for Pa. Department of Labor employees

Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry employees have an unexpected day off today since part of the state Capitol is without power.

Hundreds of people can do something else with the rest of their day, thanks to a blown electrical transformer. The Associated Press reports power was restored initially, but went out again around 11:30, and is expected to remain off for the rest of the day.

So if you were hoping to call today with a question, you might have better luck tomorrow.
