Canada to close consulates in Philadelphia and Princeton

Philadelphia and Princeton will bid farewell to Canada soon. The country plans to close its consulate service facilities in both locations, as well as others.

According to the Inquirer, the government will cut costs and likely move to Washington, D.C., to continue its work helping importers and exporters.

The smaller Princeton office is one of many closing, along with facilities in Buffalo, Raleigh, Phoenix and Anchorage.
