California firm buys Roxborough Memorial Hospital
Roxborough Memorial Hospital has changed hands for the second time in five years.
The Philadelphia Business Journal reports the hospital, which was sold to Solis Healthcare in 2007, has now been acquired by the California-based Prime Healthcare.
Roxborough Memorial is the company’s 16th acute-care hospital, and the only one on the East Coast.
