Could you do all those things now? Sure, but the Business Insider just named those three cities and a dozen others as “Hottest Cities of the Future.”
The list is based on job growth, population growth and demographics, affordability, livability, and the health and well being of the residents to answer the question, “Where will Americans be living in 20 years?”
Philly gets credit for its public art, healthy mural program and involved young professionals. The shops, restaurants and music scene are just gravy.
